Why can’t monoclonal antibodies replace vaccines?
Oh and the PEG-induced hybridoma thing - do the PEG-ylated lipid nanoparticles make that happen in vivo?
What if I told you there was an injection to protect against COVID that contains no spike proteins, no RNA, no viral vectors, no aluminum, no mercury, no squalene, no aborted fetal tissue, no magnetic graphene nanobeads, no anything else that’s scary to anti-vaxxers (unless they’re vegan I guess); it has a 77% protection rate, it lasts for at least as long as the Pfizer jab - six months, which is longer than the Pfizer boosters last at this rate, and it’s under emergency use authorization from the FDA.
It exists. It’s called Evusheld, from AstraZeneca. And you can’t get it unless you’re immunocompromised - and even then you might have to go on a waiting list.
Surely there would be enough to go around if all that Warp Speed money that Trump blew on counting Pfizer’s chickens before they hatched were instead spent on developing the infrastructure for that technology? Why should only immunocompromised people get it? Why is making your own antibodies in response to exposure to an antigen that you’re better off not getting exposed to better if those antibodies wear off just as quick anyway?
Some doctors don’t understand why the same people that are hesitant to get injected with PEG-ylated (more on that later) cationic lipid nanoparticles designed to feed pseudourylated viral RNA directly to your ribosomes so they can produce viral antigens in response to which your body is expected to create antibodies, are more than willing to get injected with… antibodies. Yeah, that’s the scariest and most scientifically ill-understood element of this vaccine. The antibodies. Not the toxic bioengineered and lab-leaked coronavirus spike antigen. Not the ribonucleic acid with the nucleotide substitutions whose ability to reverse transcribe in live non-cancerous human cells is still unassessed. Not whatever dodgy manufacturing process is leaving behind contaminants in some vials that may turn your arm magnetic, if all those censored videos are to be believed (some appear to just be sticky with sweat).
Are doctors really this stupid?! It takes little more than a priori reasoning to see that cutting out the middleman to supply antibodies directly is ABSOLUTELY safer than messing around with the systems inside your own body to get those antibodies.
A classical vaccine uses dead, debilitated, or fragmented microbes as a middleman for antibody production. This is safe for most people. However, the antigenic middleman carries some risks. Sometimes for example the antigen might be similar enough to a human protein that it causes the immune system to make autoimmune antibodies and attack its own body.
The new gene-based mRNA and adenoviral vector vaccines add a new middleman on top of this. We’re not just messing with the immune system anymore - we’re opening a Pandora’s box, the workings of the innards of the cell. Which, by the way, viruses themselves are also known to do. Kind of defeats the purpose of a vaccine for it to do almost as much as the virus can. This technology might have its uses, but it’s absolutely insane to think that these should be the vaccines of the future.
I saw a video with a bunch of Bill Gates types sitting around and discussing the future of vaccines. They want a universal flu vaccine that can eliminate the flu virus for good. Putting aside the question of whether they want this for humanitarian purposes or if that’s just a cloak for some sinister depopulation agenda, I thought they had a point. Flu vaccines are made through a ridiculously slow and antiquated process involving chicken eggs. But they seemed to miss the reason why vaccine technology hasn’t advanced much in decades.
First of all, there’s no real profit incentive for Big Pharma to improve flu vaccines. They would put all that effort into research and development into making more effective vaccines, and suppose they actually managed to eliminate influenza as thoroughly as smallpox. Then they wouldn’t have to make flu vaccines anymore and they would lose a source of profit. I bet they would love it if measles and polio were as hard to eliminate - there may come a time very soon when we won’t need to get polio shots anymore unless they get replaced with the crappy mRNA variety… the only reason polio is still around is because the Taliban was hugely anti-vax for a while, and who could blame them, given that the cheap live polio vaccine they get over there, though more effective than the dead-virus jab, in rare instances actually causes polio, hence why it’s no longer used in first-world countries.
Which brings us to the second more important reason that vaccine technology hasn’t advanced - with regards to safety, it would require admitting that there was something wrong with the vaccines to begin with. Why fix what isn’t broken?
Downplaying the dangers of vaccines may be viewed by the officials as a Noble Lie, something they needed to keep up for the public good, because they just don’t know how much worse it would be if we went back to the days when these diseases were everywhere! What’s a little autism compared to being dead, or deaf and blind from a high fever, or quadriplegic or in an iron lung? For Chrissake who cares if it gives them cancer when they’re 80, at least they lived past the age of five? At this point however they may be so high on their own supply that they don’t even realize they’re white lying anymore. And you can’t fix a problem when you won’t acknowledge that there is a problem to begin with.
To acknowledge that vaccines are imperfect and that their safety can be improved upon would open the door to creative alternative forms of disease control that anti-vaxxers might go along with. This pandemic, and all the money that has been thrown into rapidly developing such technologies, has given us a glimpse of such a future. Imagine if anti-vax parents could just rapid-test their kids for measles and polio and everything else every day before sending them to school. Or maybe they would just get monoclonal antibody shots for all those diseases every six months instead, at least until those diseases go extinct. Or if their kid tested positive and didn’t mind going to school looking stupid they could wear the type of respirator that actually blocks viruses without choking you. Your body, your choice.
Sadly, the CDC is too narrow-minded, too inflexible and dogmatic to see the opportunities here. The only way we can stop the disease is with some kind of vaccine. Because that’s what’s always worked before after all, it’s all they know. Even if it’s some kooky new type of vaccine, we’ll just change the definition of “vaccine” if it breaches the boundaries of being technically a vaccine.
But doesn’t monoclonal antibody treatment count as a vaccine too under the new definition? Sure, you have to get that double poke in the gluteus maximus twice a year but isn’t that a great business model for Big Pharma anyway? Monoclonal antibodies could also easily be used to create universal flu vaccines - just keep around enough hybridomas to make antibodies against each of the different flu proteins, and pick out an antibody cocktail to match whatever strains are trending this year. See, monoclonal antibodies are the obvious successor to antigen-based vaccines in terms of safety and elegant simplicity… or is there something inelegant about treating your immune system like a baby that can’t make its own antibodies, like chewing food up and spitting it out for a grown adult? Is that it?
Is that also it with mRNA vaccines? Does something about bootstrapping your own antigen for your immune system to fight against instead of being spoonfed prefabricated protein subunits through the syringe appeal to our rugged sense of individualism? Or rather, does it appeal on some subliminal level to our neofeudalist overlords who are just giddy to have one more thing to tell us to pull up our bootstraps for?
mRNA would have forever subsisted as a mere curiosity, a toy for scientists to play with and hopefully produce a few orphan drugs with our tax dollars, if not for Zyklon Don’s absurd decision to dump an ungodly amount of money into that project, probably informed by the mainstream media raving about mRNA shots before the vaccine was even old enough to be illegal to abort in Texas (I have to wonder, did the media consciously aim itself at the POTUS demographic? Dumb itself down on purpose to influence him, take advantage of him, tell him which corporations need more money? Or even just to fuck with him to promote the sort of quasi-fascist spectacle that advances neofeudalism that they couldn’t advance under a more anodyne presidency?). The power of money, given enough, to warp reality into something out of the Twilight Zone is as incredible as it is terrifying. I believe this is how the Holocaust happened. Too much money was pumped in from unclean places and it simply put things into action. Social norms were overturned, depression gave way to apparent prosperity, lulling normie folks into turning a blind eye to their disappeared neighbors and a deaf ear to all the conspiracy theories and rumors too horrifying to be true, concentration camps popped up overnight, and baths in cyanide were taken… willingly? Doubtful they were that willing back then, but as for today… Jim Jones, eat your heart out.
Anyway… of all of the underfunded science projects subsisting on the government’s dime, given this golden opportunity to raise some innovative life-saving technology into the mainstream, he had to pick the worst, most unproven possible shit with the worst track record to give the lion’s share of funding to. Moderna was going bankrupt for crying out loud! While the monoclonal antibody treatments also got more funding than it had ever seen (and in fact a number of mAb drugs for cancer were approved under Trump), it was still tiny compared to what was wasted on the mRNA projects, to say nothing of the bad treatments such as remdesevir that got authorized in the meantime. Monoclonal antibodies are among the safest and most effective cancer treatments (though I suspect they’d be even safer and more effective if they tried it without old-fashioned chemo), which makes sense since it simulates your own immune system recognizing the cancer as foreign and attacking it. mRNA was tested as a cancer treatment too… intuitively it makes sense; just insert the RNA for a tumor suppressor protein that’s defective in the patient, right? But the data so far that’s been published on mRNA as a cancer treatment isn’t promising. According to what I’ve read it made the tumors shrink but there was no net mortality benefit… I take it that means it killed the animal as effectively as it killed its cancer. But how though? Maybe the platform just needs tweaking. Maybe they need to work on those LNPs…
Speaking of which, the hybridoma that is used to create monoclonal antibodies is made out of a myeloma (bone marrow cancer) cell fused with a B cell from a mouse spleen (I believe the myeloma cell line is murine too). And you know how they get those two cells to fuse? With the use of PEG, the same stuff that coats Pfizer and Moderna particles. It not only fuses the plasma membranes, but it fuses their nuclei as well. Now I’m wondering if there’s some of that going on when you get an mRNA injection. What cells would get fused from that and what would be the consequences? If two nerve cells get fused together, would that cause pain? If it happens in the brain does it reduce your brain cell number by compressing two neurons into one? Or neurons into glial cells? Does it make your dendritic cells fuse with spleen cells like a hybridoma minus the cancer? Does it produce antibodies in that weird way instead of in the normal way? Or does that only happen if you’ve got multiple myeloma? Is that what is causing blood cells to clump together? And what is it doing to heart cells? And egg cells? Diploid egg cells and sperm cells? Could two egg cells fused together cause parthenogenesis? Will this be how a virgin gives birth to the Antichrist? You know PEG is used to transfer nuclei in cloning too…
hello Moon Diamond, have you heard anything about the Snake Venom theory from Dr. Ardis? It's a little bizarre but this whole SCAMDEMIC is almost unbelievable!
(I apologize for being repetitive I've already ask this on one of your other post)
